Returns & Exchanges
Because our candles are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or shipped.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized candles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
